John Yohan Cho (* 16. Juni 1972 in Seoul, Südkorea) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler südkoreanischer Herkunft. Bekannt ist er für seine Rollen in American Pie (1999, 2001, 2003, 2012) und Harold & Kumar.
