Hell House LLC
New York's Scariest Haunted House Tour
Five years after an unexplained malfunction causes the death of 15 tour-goers and staff on the opening night of a Halloween haunted house tour, a documentary crew travels back to the scene of the tragedy to find out what really happened.
Why watch Hell House LLC
A documentary crew returns to an abandoned haunted house five years after a catastrophic opening night killed fifteen people—and what they uncover suggests the malfunction was anything but accidental. Hell House LLC builds its dread through found footage and interviews, letting you piece together a mystery that grows darker with each revelation, much like The Haunting of Hill House but grounded in the claustrophobic terror of a real crime scene.
The film's strength lies in its restraint. Rather than jump-scares, it constructs a suffocating atmosphere through shadowy setup footage, crew interviews that contradict each other, and the slow realization that something wasn't just wrong—it was planned. The pacing mirrors prestige documentaries like those on HBO, treating the supernatural with procedural seriousness that makes every eerie detail land harder.
This is for anyone who craves horror that respects your intelligence: no exposition dump, no hand-holding. You'll spend the runtime connecting dots that keep moving, and the final act recontextualizes everything you've seen. The ending will linger with you long after credits roll—you'll find yourself rewatching earlier scenes, spotting details you missed the first time through.

I'm a huge fan of the found footage genre of horror movies. The bad part of this is, there are so few movies I would actually consider good in this growing branch of horror movies. This year I stumbled across this one and I am so glad I did! I love everything about this movie. It has just the right combinations of creepiness and gore to keep me interested. It doesn't try too hard to impress the audience. It does w…Show more

What would be Halloween without a found-footage scare fest about a haunted house attraction? The setup is creepy with some genuinely good scares as things eventually go horribly wrong.
Really good storyline and concept This was a very well done film for what it is and certainly has some really intriguing and scary moments in it. It’s very basic but boy did they ever run it for every inch? You could get out of it and did sew in a very stylish fashion, I don’t think the follow-ups are good as this original version, but they are certainly worth the watch.
